Ashley Corbett found yoga in 2009 after injury led to a search for new wellness options. She has primarily practiced power vinyasa since that time and became certified to teach in 2018. Ashley acknowledges the positive impact yoga has had on mental health and self-care for both herself and her students. She values the mind-body connection and loves to support others in exploring this in their own practice. When she’s not in the studio, you can find Ashley exploring the Hudson Valley with her boyfriend, traveling to the beach to spend time with her family, and focusing on her full time work as a clinical social worker.
