Interested in yoga but feel intimidated because you don’t know how to do it? This is the series for you! Perfect for those who’ve NEVER practiced yoga before, or those who’ve only done it a handful of times. This series is also great for non-beginners seeking a more in-depth and hands-on approach to the basics of Warm Vinyasa Yoga.

These 6 classes will focus on the fundamentals of heated Vinyasa Flow with a new topic each week. Students will learn proper breathing, techniques for concentration, vinyasa transitions, meaning behind types of poses, and be introduced to tons of accessible beginner yoga postures. Each class is an hour and fifteen minutes in length, which will allow time for a brief introduction and questions at the end.

The room will be heated to around 85-90 degrees which should feel great this winter!

Price is $99 for all six sessions, or sign up with a friend in 2018 and each pay $90 for the series. A minimum of 6 students is required for this series to happen. Students 18 years and older are invited to participate.
