This series takes place in our Highland Falls studio.
Interested in yoga but feel intimidated because you don’t know how to do it? This is the series for you! Perfect for those who’ve NEVER practiced yoga before, or those who’ve only done it a handful of times. This series is also great for non-beginners seeking a more in-depth and hands-on approach to the basics of Warm Vinyasa Yoga.
Classes will focus on the fundamentals of heated Vinyasa Flow. Students will learn proper breathing, techniques for concentration, vinyasa transitions, meaning behind types of poses, and be introduced to tons of accessible beginner yoga postures. The room will be heated to around 85-90 degrees.
This series will begin at the start of each new month. The next series will begin in January.
