Christina Dennison enrolled in the Yoga Teacher Training at The Body Art Barn in 2019, ready to let go of thought patterns that were no longer serving her with the practice of yoga. Linking breath and movement into one, she was able to silence self-limiting thoughts, and also able to reconnect differently with herself, ultimately allowing her mind and body to reach higher potentials.
As a mother of 2 and a pediatric nurse, yoga has shown Christina the importance of taking time to reconnect with herself through breath and movement. She believes yoga is a healing practice that helps a person learn and grow through life more gracefully to reach their true higher self.
She hopes to share the lessons she learned throughout her journey and hopes to help students see the importance of taking a moment to reconnect with their breath and themselves.
