Love the benefits of a restorative class but still want to move a bit? This unheated series combines 30 minutes of gentle Vinyasa (stretching, breathing, and movement with transitions from sitting to standing poses) and 30 minutes of Restorative Yoga (seated postures and postures taken while lying down) in each class. Join us Wednesday evenings through June for all four sessions. Suitable for all levels and recommended for those looking for mellow exercise. This class is also a good choice for pregnant women! Led by Stefanie Vidal, whose training includes Vinyasa, Restorative, and Prenatal yoga. Advanced registration is required.
$50 includes all four sessions and use of mats, blocks, bolsters, and straps. Register via MINDBODY.
