Make a commitment to yourself and join us for Hot Yoga Bootcamp during the month of May! In this 10-session series, you’ll start your day right with core work, balancing exercises, and yoga postures to strengthen the body and mind. The room will be heated to 90 degrees for a great sweat and awesome workout bright and early! Advanced registration is required.
