Janine Tarace understands life as alternating waves of emotion, thoughts, and physical experiences. Living a full life as a wife, mother, teacher, and volunteer, she decided to deepen her love of yoga by receiving her 200-hour teacher training from the Body Art Barn. Through the guidance of her instructors and the support of her fellow trainees, she realized yoga is a practice of meditation through movement which illuminates our inner strength and true knowledge of self. It transforms fear into love with work of the spirit. She would like to share this path with all of her students.
