Jill Kramek was first introduced to yoga by her sister while she was in college. She went on to practice many types of yoga including aerial, wall, and yin. After years of being a runner and rower she found heated Power Vinyasa, which combines strength and grace – it was a match made in heaven. She received her 200-hour Power Vinyasa certification from a Baptiste studio in 2018 and has fallen in love with sharing her practice and learning in the Baptiste community. She believes yoga has the ability to change every facet of your life and can be done by anyone, anywhere. When she’s not practicing, Jill loves to participate in mud runs and explore with her Husky, Walter. Jill is a free spirit who loves to add the elements of light and laughter to every practice.
