Teslie Andrade graduated with an exercise health science degree and immediately earned her 200-hr yoga certification. Her goal is to empower individuals to move naturally through the development of strength, balance, coordination and confidence. She believes that just as every person is unique, so is every body. The sooner we can realize this, the more likely we are to work to strengthen, appreciate, and love our bodies. When she’s not practicing or teaching on the mat, you can find her hiking, drinking red wine, snuggling her pup, training in the gym, and creating, eating, and taking photos of food.
