This series takes place in our Beacon studio.
This heated, high intensity interval training class will focus on yoga postures and bodyweight during short periods of intense exercise, followed by short recovery periods. Its purpose is to get the heart rate up as well as develop body awareness and strength. Modifications are available for every exercise. This class is suitable for all levels.
